Personal Insurance Producer – RIBO Licensed

We currently have an opening for a self-motivated, highly organized and capable individual to work as a personal lines insurance Producer within our team. The hours of this position are 8:30 am to 4:30 pm, Monday to Friday.
Responsibilities
- New business generation through multiple leads sources, calls, walk-ins, and internet leads
- Provide strong customer service skills within a team and communicate effectively
- Maintain accurate client information on Applied EPIC and Insurance Portals
- Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets
- Stay current in an evolving industry to educate clients on insurance and find solutions
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience working in personal lines
- Experience with Applied EPIC, Applied Rater and MS Office is an asset
- Exceptional people skills with a true desire to help clients in a sales environment
- Client development/relationship management experience
- Focus on continuing education, open to coaching techniques, and career development
- Ability to be a self-starter with strong written and oral communication skills as well as organizational skills
- Current RIBO licence required.
- Post-secondary education, undergraduate degree preferred is an asset
- Bilingual is an asset

Pay: $50,000.00-$80,000.00 per year
