Orangetheory Fitness Barrie is hiring!
We're looking for an outgoing, dependable and motivated Front Desk Sales & Member Experience Associate to join our team.
This is more than a front desk job. You'll be one of the first people our members and prospective members interact with, helping create the welcoming, high-energy experience Orangetheory is known for while also playing an important role in growing our studio.

What You'll Do
- Create an exceptional experience for every member and guest who walks through our doors
- Welcome first-time guests, learn about their goals and introduce them to the Orangetheory experience
- Follow up with prospective members by phone, text and email and help convert leads into memberships
- Explain membership options and membership sales
- Support member retention by building relationships and helping members feel connected to the studio
- Manage front desk activities including class check-ins, bookings and member account inquiries
- Assist with studio events, promotions, challenges and community initiatives
- Help keep the lobby, front desk and studio environment clean, organized and welcoming
- Work closely with coaches and the rest of the studio team to deliver a consistently great member experience

Previous sales, customer service, hospitality, retail or fitness experience is an asset. We're happy to train the right person who brings the right attitude, work ethic and people skills.
Availability
We're looking for someone with flexible availability, including a combination of early mornings, evenings and weekends.

Pay: $17.60-$20.00 per hour
