Position 1 - Receptionist - Full Time - Southside
Mon, Wed, Fri 8:45 am to 5:15 pm & Tues & Thru 8;00 am to 4:30 pm
Position 2- Receptionist - Full Time - Northside
Monday to Friday 8:45 am to 5:00 pm Flexible to cover other shift if needed
Starting Wage: $16.25 hour after3 months probation wage increase to $16.75/hr
Start Date; ASAP

Duties:
- Learning Policies and Procedures
- Taking in Patients to rooms & setting up with hot packs or ice packs
- Clean each bed / room after each patient
- Change pillow cases
- Opening Clinic - Start of Day or Closing of Day
- Keeping clear records- Keeping physio's informed of all reports due
- Communication is key role with all staff- Laundry
- Towels, Sheets, Pillow Cases- Creating Charts and Filing
- Answering the phones - 2 line system
- Cleaning all surface areas- Booking & Calling to Confirm Patients for Physio
- Billing EHC on-line and invoicing
- Apply payments and writing receipts
- Communicate with MVA adjusters on claim approvals
- Communicate with WCB on claim approvals- Track report due list and send reports in on time
- Communicating with patients on who is funding their treatments
- If working Closing of Clinic- Pulling charts for the next day
- Cleaning Bathroom - Vacuuming and washing floors nightly
- Cleaning & Dusting all surface areas
- Closing debit machine
- Laundry ready for next day
- Tidy clinic for next day
- Leave clear notes in files
- Locking doors / Lights off
