We are currently looking for an experienced Midwest Short-Haul A-Z Company Driver to join our dynamic team. We’re seeking individuals with a strong work ethic, safety-first mindset, and professionalism on the road.
As a Short Haul Truck Driver, you will be responsible for delivering freight to our customers in Chicago and the surrounding Midwest areas.
FTL and LTL irregular routes are available.
No local pick-ups or deliveries. Dedicated trucks. Weekends home.
All runs start from our yard in Concord, ON. Cross-border capability is required.
Salary: from $0.55 per mile
Duties:
- Safely operate a commercial truck to transport goods and materials to designated locations
- Perform routine maintenance and inspections on the truck to ensure its safe and efficient operation
- Follow all traffic laws and regulations while driving and adhere to company policies and procedures
- Maintain accurate records of deliveries, including mileage, fuel usage, and any incidents or delays
- Communicate effectively with dispatchers, customers, and other team members to coordinate delivery schedules

Our requirements:
- 2 years of experience as a truck driver
- CVOR / Driver’s abstract in good standing
- Criminal background search
- Clean and courteous attitude
- Cross-border capable
