We are currently looking for a Registered Dental Hygienist to cover a leave of absence position from now until August 31, 2026. After this period, permanent employment would certainly be an option.

As our practice continues to grow, we are seeking a motivated and caring Registered Dental Hygienist to become an important part of our clinical team.

About the Role
As a Registered Dental Hygienist at Peaks Family Dentistry, you will provide comprehensive preventive and therapeutic dental hygiene services while helping patients achieve and maintain optimal oral health. This role offers the opportunity to work in a modern clinic with advanced technology and a strong commitment to patient care.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver dental hygiene services, including scaling, root planing, polishing, and periodontal therapy
- Take dental radiographs in accordance with regulatory standards
- Educate patients on oral hygiene techniques, preventive care, and treatment recommendations
- Maintain accurate and thorough patient records
- Follow all infection prevention and sterilization protocols
- Collaborate closely with dentists and team members to ensure an outstanding patient experience
- Support a positive, professional, and welcoming clinic atmosphere
Schedule
- Monday 9:00 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM
- Other days an option if needed
- Possibility of Part Time or Full Time Permanent
Compensation & Perks
- Competitive hourly wage: $43–$50 per hour based on experience - open to discussion for right opportunity

Qualifications
- Current Registered Dental Hygienist license in good standing
- Previous dental hygiene experience is an asset
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
