The Challenge: Account Executive, Partner Network

You will report to the Sales Director of our Partner Network. Your role is to meet innovative partners from around the world who want to enhance their offering with leading-edge "cloud computing" technology. You will help them position their business solutions and respond to their questions. As the Account Executive, you will maintain strong business relationships with your contacts in an effort to increase partner sign-ups. You will help the sales team as well as our partners’ technical support teams so our partners can focus on their sales opportunities. You will also be called upon to participate in SherWeb’s partner network by sharing your innovative ideas.

Your mandate:
Work with our partners to teach them about "cloud computing" and help them promote SherWeb as the best cloud partner on the market
Look for cross-sell and upsell opportunities with our current partners
Help our partners with the "onboarding" process and identify their needs and opportunities for the short, medium and long term.
Work with the technical support and migration (MIDAS) teams to ensure that our partners receive outstanding service
Help improve our partner network by sharing your ideas
Ensure you understand our partners’ questions, concerns and demands for technical, financial or strategic issues to help them find a solution
Identify the partner and client accounts that are at risk and take the actions required to retain them
Gather information or ensure that SherWeb’s stakeholders participate so you can plan and adjust solutions for your partners
Prioritize your tasks so you can reach and exceed your sales objectives
Carry out all related tasks according to the needs of the Marketing and Sales departments, your role as an Account Manager, the Partner Network and the entire company

You have a background that is similar to this:
University diploma in Business Administration (Bachelor’s degree) or any related field
Minimum of 3 years’ experience as a Sales rep with specific experience in B2B
Good knowledge of the various stages of the sales process
Excellent knowledge of English, both oral and written
Up-to-date knowledge in computing (Microsoft Office Suite, Web, Windows, Mac, network)
Knowledge of the cloud hosting market and its issues will be considered an asset
