Ideal Candidate
We are looking for someone who is:
- Located in Brampton or Caledon preferred
- (or willing to relocate nearby)
- Hands-on and experienced in renovation/construction work
- Self-driven, organized, and leadership-oriented
- Able to handle labour teams, suppliers, and site coordination
- Interested in building long-term income and growth with the companyJob ResponsibilitiesMarketing & Business Growth
- Organize and manage:
- Flyer distribution
- Lawn sign placement
- Door hanger campaigns
- Help generate local leads and project opportunities
- Build and manage a reliable labour/downline network
Site & Project Management
- Prepare job sites before project starts
- Coordinate materials, tools, and equipment
- Arrange labour scheduling and workflow
- Manage backend operations for ongoing projects
- Ensure projects move smoothly and professionally
- Communicate with suppliers and installers
Team Leadership
- Build and supervise labour crews
- Maintain work quality and timelines
- Help grow company operations in GTA region
