Key Responsibilities
- Support the sales and advisory team in managing and strengthening client relationships
- Serve as a key point of contact between clients and internal teams
- Coordinate client meetings, follow-ups, and ongoing communication
- Assist with preparing sales materials, reports, and presentations
- Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance standards are met
- Deliver a high level of professional client service and support
Qualifications
- 3+ years of relevant work experience, preferably in sales support, client relationship management, or financial services
- Professional proficiency in English - with strong verbal and written communication skills
- Bachelor’s degree or higher (Business, Finance, Marketing is an asset, but not essential)
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time-management skills
- Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to manage multiple priorities
- Proficient in MS Office; experience with CRM systems is an asset
