We are seeking an experienced, organized, and proactive Office Administrator / Supervisor (Lead) to join our busy rehabilitation clinic. The ideal candidate must have prior experience working in a rehabilitation clinic and be confident managing daily administrative operations while leading the front-office team.

Key Responsibilities
- Supervise and support the clinic's administrative team.
- Oversee daily front-office operations and ensure efficient workflow.
- Manage patient scheduling, registrations, and appointments.
- Handle Motor Vehicle Accident (MVA) cases and related documentation.
- Complete and process OCF forms accurately and efficiently.
- Perform Extended Health Care (EHC) billing and insurance-related tasks.
- Communicate professionally with patients, insurance companies, healthcare providers, and legal representatives.
- Prepare and respond to emails with excellent written communication skills.
- Maintain accurate patient records and ensure confidentiality.
- Assist with reporting, office procedures, and other administrative duties as required.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in a rehabilitation clinic setting.
- Mandatory: Hands-on experience with Universal Software. Applicants without Universal Software experience will not be considered.
- Strong knowledge of MVA claims and OCF forms.
- Experience with Extended Health Care (EHC) billing.
- Good understanding of medical terminology.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including professional email writing.
- Strong organizational, multitasking, and leadership abilities.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
