Service Coordinator

Lifetime Water Systems Inc. has been proudly serving the GTA since 1994 and globally since 1953. We are Home Depot’s exclusive partner for water treatment services and a global leader in residential water and air treatment solutions.
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound and outbound customer calls with confidence and professionalism.
- Build strong relationships with existing customers and identify service opportunities.
- Educate customers on the importance of maintaining their systems and guide them toward booking service appointments.
- Overcome objections and clearly communicate value.
- Schedule services and ensure a smooth customer experience.
- Update internal systems (Infor) and maintain accurate records.
- Consistently work toward performance and booking targets.
What We’re Looking For
- Experience in customer service, sales, or call center environments.
- Strong communication skills and ability to influence and persuade.
- Goal-oriented mindset you enjoy hitting targets and improving your numbers.
- Confident, proactive, and comfortable handling objections.
- Ability to work both independently and within a team.
- Comfortable using computers and learning internal systems.
- Knowledge of Ontario geography/postal codes is a plus.
- Full-time availability (40 hrs/week).

Schedule
Weekdays: 12:00 PM – 8:00 PM (1 day off)
Weekends: 10:00 AM – 2:00 PM
