RESPONSIBILITIES:
Coordinate the daily function of the parts operations including, receiving and stocking of shelves, processing back orders, preparing order for shipments and picking of parts.
Verify information on bills of lading, invoices, orders and other records.
Process credits and parts returns.
Establish and maintain good customer relations by providing courteous, efficient and professional delivery service of automotive parts in a safe and timely manner.
Maintain an accurate delivery log while complying with delivery strategies and tracking procedures.
Maintain accurate inventory and perform cycle counts.
General maintenance of the stockroom.
Other duties as required.
QUALIFICATIONS:
Excellent customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with various groups.
Strong problem solving and organizational skills with the ability to multitask.
A willingness to learn with the ability to work with minimal supervision and adapt in a fast paced environment.
Understanding of inventory management systems.
Previous Parts and or Dealership experience would be considered an asset.
Valid class "G" drivers licence with a clean driver's abstract.
Valid Forklift license or willingness to obtain one.
