We are currently seeking to hire licensed life insurance agents who are passionate about helping individuals and families protect their financial future. Our intention is to build a team of knowledgeable and client-focused professionals who can provide personalized guidance on life insurance solutions that meet each client’s unique needs. The ideal candidates will hold a valid life insurance license, demonstrate strong communication and relationship-building skills, and be committed to maintaining high ethical and professional standards.
What you can expect in this role:
You’ll be speaking with Canadian families, individuals and seniors who have requested life insurance information. During initial contact your goal is to:
- Assess the prospective insured’s health
- Assess the prospective insured’s needs
- Comfortably explain the policy details and exclusions
- Provide pricing and assumptively move into the application when it makes sense
No cold calling, no prospecting and no head hunting. No recruiting, and best of all no bait-and-switch presentations. Just real conversations with real families that know they need coverage!

The Ideal Candidate:
- Experience sales people with a valid Life Insurance License (LLQP)
- A candidate who holds active provincial licenses in Ontario, Alberta or British Columbia
- Previous Financial Industry experience is an asset
- Advisors who value helping people and building long-term client relationships
- Self starters who are comfortable with an eat-what-you-kill environment
- Individuals with strong communication and presentation skills
- Bilingual (English/French) is not required but preferred
Requirements:
- Must have a quiet space to work in
- Must have internet of at least 50 MB/S download and upload
- Must be able to connect to the internet with an ethernet cord
- Must be eligible to have a life insurance license in: ON, AB, BC
