Position Overview
We are seeking a mature, professional, and customer-focused Service Advisor to join our team. This role is ideal for someone who is organized, works independently, and consistently delivers high-quality service while maintaining a polished and professional demeanor.
Key Responsibilities
- Greet customers in a courteous and professional manner
- Accurately gather and record customer and vehicle information
- Recommend, explain, and sell maintenance and repair services
- Prepare and manage repair orders with accuracy
- Communicate with technicians to ensure timely service completion
- Keep customers updated on vehicle status throughout the day
- Review completed work and invoices clearly with customers
- Handle payments and maintain accurate records
- Support team goals and maintain dealership standards
- Perform additional duties as required
Qualifications
- Previous experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive sales (preferred)
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Solid understanding of automotive maintenance and repair
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Valid BC Driver’s License (required)
- Availability to work Saturdays

Pay: $20.00-$31.67 per hour
