Summary
The food service on shift to ensure the standards of all operations are maintained as outlined by the manager. The role is operational in nature and has a strong emphasis on customer service and positive attitude. The role of the supervisor is to ensure our food is offered to our customers in an exceptional and positive manner at all times.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Works along side other staff members and ensures optimal product satisfaction
- Complies with and enforces all operating standard
- Escalates to manage any issues and or problems ( customer and employee related)
- Ensures all staff members are following restaurant policies ( meal and break policies, cell phones, food safety, cash policies)
Qualifications
- Success with communication and strong customer service
- Ability to work independently as well as a team player
- Experience with long shifts
Pay: $15.35-$17.00 per hour
