- Manage social media scheduling tools like Hootsuite and Buffer to ensure consistent posting schedules.
- Monitor social media channels for customer engagement, respond to comments, messages, and reviews promptly.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to plan content calendars that support product launches and promotional events.
- Analyze campaign performance using Google Analytics and platform insights; prepare reports with actionable recommendations.
- Assist in managing Facebook Advertising campaigns for targeted advertising efforts.
- Proofread all content for accuracy, tone, and brand consistency before publication.
- Stay updated on industry trends, platform updates, and best practices in digital marketing.
Experience
- Proven experience in social media management within an e-commerce or digital marketing environment.
- Proficiency with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator.
- Strong understanding of SEO principles, keyword research, and analytics tools like Google Analytics.
- Experience with social media scheduling platforms such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
- Knowledge of Facebook Advertising and other paid social media campaigns is preferred.
- Familiarity with digital marketing strategies including content creation, branding, and audience targeting.
- Excellent proofreading skills with attention to detail in all written content.
