The Media Analyst in the Bell Media Agency is responsible for the strategic placement of on-air promotions. Reporting to the Media Manager, the successful candidate’s responsibilities include:
Execute a tactical plan to effectively schedule on-air promos
Promo maintenance in IBMS
Attend weekly Production and Marketing meetings
Initiate promo delivery notes based on upcoming priorities
Create campaigns in GripIt and assign GRP
Upload and serve in-house promotional assets to web and mobile
Use Research info to strategically schedule Cross Promotion inventory
Maintain a high level of accuracy
Additional duties as required
Post secondary education in broadcasting or a related field, or equivalent experience required
Knowledge of IBMS or system equivalent
Knowledge of television production process
Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
Excellent organizational skills
Ability to work with a wide range of individuals with varying business experience
Bilingualism is an asset (English and French); adequate knowledge of French is required for positions in Quebec.
