We are a beloved, fast-growing Hong Kong-style cafe chain, and we are officially launching our very own in-house bakery line. We want to honor the timeless classics that everyone loves, but we also want to push boundaries. We are looking for creative souls to help us reinvent the classics and bring new life to the Asian bakery scene.
Whether you’re a seasoned pastry veteran or an enthusiastic baker just starting your professional journey, if you have passion, we want to meet you!
What You’ll Do (The Fun Stuff):
- Craft the Classics: Bake up high-quality traditional favorites like Pineapple Buns (Bolo Bao), classic egg tarts, cocktail buns, and milk bread.
- Innovate & Create: Put your own spin on tradition! Think Matcha-infused crumbles, savory fusion fillings, or modern pastry techniques applied to nostalgic flavors.
- Shape the Menu: Collaborate with our team to test, develop, and launch exciting new seasonal products.
- Maintain the Vibe: Keep the kitchen clean, safe, organized, and filled with positive energy.
What We Are Looking For:
- Passion Over Pedigree: Baking experience is great, but a genuine love for the craft, a willingness to learn, and a positive attitude are what matter most. We provide great training!
- A Creative Spark: You aren't afraid to experiment with flavors, textures, and presentation.
- Cultural Curiosity: An understanding of the history and flavors of Asian baking is a huge plus—but if you’re just eager to learn about it, you are absolutely welcome here. Knowing how to communicate in Cantonese will totll
- Team Players: Reliable, collaborative, and ready to grow alongside a thriving brand.
