**Job Summary:**
We are seeking a skilled Production Operator to join our team. The Production Operator will be responsible for operating and maintaining machinery to ensure the efficient production of high-quality products.
**Duties:**
- Operate machinery following specific guidelines and procedures
- Monitor the production process to maintain quality standards
- Perform routine maintenance on machinery
- Inspect finished products for defects
- Troubleshoot issues that may arise during production
- Follow safety protocols and maintain a clean work environment
**Requirements:**
- Mechanical knowledge is essential
- Experience with lathe operation and machining techniques
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints
- Proficiency in basic math for measurements and calculations
- Prior experience in a warehouse setting is beneficial
- Some knowledge of goods receiving and shipping would be a plus.
