About the role:
You'll be the face of the brand. Customers walk in with jewellery that often carries real
sentimental value, and sometimes with real financial stress. Your job is to make them feel
welcome, explain how our process works, and make sure every person leaves feeling they
were treated fairly — whether or not they sell.
What we're looking for:
- Experience in retail or customer service.
- Comfort handling cash and high-value items (you must be bondable — trustworthiness is everything in this business)
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills and patience with people making big decisions.
- Comfort with basic math and computer systems.
- Eager-to-learn mindset and desire to grow.
