Job Summary
We are seeking labourers (no experience required) and skilled Concrete Workers to join our residential team. The ideal experienceed person will have experience in concrete forming to finishing, procedures. This role involves working on various residential projects. ,Candidates should be capable handling hand and power tools, and performing heavy lifting safely. This position is in various residential locations around Abbotsford and Mission BC
Responsibilities
- Construct and install concrete forms using carpentry skills and blueprint reading
- Perform concrete finishing tasks including smoothing, leveling, and sealing surfaces
- Install rebar and reinforcement materials according to schematics and project specifications
- Use hand tools and power tools to cut, shape, and assemble construction components
- Follow safety protocols for heavy lifting, and operation of machinery
- Assist in renovation projects
- Maintain a clean work environment and ensure all work complies with safety standards
Requirements
- Proven experience in concrete forming, finishing, masonry, or related construction fields

- Skilled in the use of hand tools and power tools for various construction tasks
- Physical ability to perform heavy lifting and work in physically demanding environments
- Strong understanding of safety procedures related to construction sites
- Excellent teamwork skills with the ability to follow detailed instructions
