- Coordinate with Estimating, Engineering, Project Management, and Operations to develop accurate and competitive proposals.
- Prepare and deliver capability presentations, commercial proposals, and customer follow-up communications.
- Lead customer discussions and commercial negotiations through project award.
- Coordinate a complete internal handoff after award, including scope, customer commitments, commercial terms, and project expectations.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, opportunity stages, forecasts, customer activity, and follow-up dates.
- Develop long-term customer relationships that generate repeat project opportunities.
- Monitor data-centre investment, customer requirements, competitor activity, and market trends.

- Strong understanding of the data-centre project lifecycle and electrical infrastructure used in mission-critical environments.
- Experience selling prefabricated or modular electrical solutions, switchgear, UPS systems, power-distribution equipment, electrical rooms, industrial enclosures, generators, cooling infrastructure, or related engineered products is preferred.
- Ability to understand technical drawings, specifications, customer requirements, and project risks.
- Strong commercial judgment involving pricing, margins, contract terms, customer qualification, and project risk.
- Excellent communication, presentation, negotiation, relationship-building, and follow-through skills.
