Duties
- Lead and supervise store staff, including recruiting, training, and developing team members to achieve their full potential
- Oversee daily store operations such as cash handling, cashiering, POS (Point of Sale) systems, and inventory management
- Manage merchandising strategies to optimize product placement, pricing, and promotional displays for maximum sales impact
- Coordinate purchasing activities and vendor negotiations to ensure stock availability and cost efficiency
- Implement marketing initiatives to attract customers and increase store traffic
- Monitor sales performance, prepare budgets, and manage store expenses to meet financial targets
- Ensure excellent customer service by addressing concerns promptly and maintaining high standards of communication and phone etiquette
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management with supervising responsibilities
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication skills in both bilingual (if applicable) and multilingual settings
- Demonstrated expertise in negotiation, purchasing, pricing strategies, and budgeting processes
- Proficiency with POS systems, cash handling procedures, bookkeeping, and administrative tasks
- Experience in recruiting, interviewing, training & development of staff, and team leadership
- Knowledge of marketing techniques and retail sales strategies to boost store performance
- Ability to manage time efficiently while maintaining attention to detail in all operational aspects
- Strong math skills for inventory control, financial reporting, and payroll processing
- Customer-focused mindset with exceptional interpersonal skills and phone etiquette
