Role Overview
They are looking for an experienced, self-driven sales professional with strong knowledge of power utilities and power systems (especially secondary products). The role focuses on managing customer relationships, driving new business, and growing regional sales.
Key Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships
- Support existing clients with technical and commercial needs
- Identify and develop new business accounts
- Develop annual budgets and growth plans
- Work with channel partners to grow business
- Achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets
- Attend trade shows, conferences, and industry events
- Maintain CRM records and track opportunities
- Submit weekly activity and sales reports
- Promote products through customer visits, demos, and training
- Work closely with technical and support teams
- Monitor competitor activities
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Degree in Electrical Engineering (or equivalent experience)
- 10+ years in complex technology sales
- At least 5 years in power systems industry (utilities exposure required)
- Experience with transmission, distribution, generation utilities
- Knowledge of protective relays/recorders
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Ability to work independently and in teams
- Strong CRM and business software skills
- Excellent organization and time management
- Clean background + negative drug test required
Pay: $130,000.00-$140,000.00 per year
