As an AUTOPRO Business Development Specialist, your primary focus involves developing existing membership in terms of complete implementation of banner services, programs, and facility standards in a standardized evaluation and training process. You are the primary contact for all NAPA AUTOPRO programs for your territory of AUTOPRO dealers and NAPA Auto Parts stores. As dedicated program advisors, you will plan and develop business plans, and sales growth initiatives to improve each of your AUTOPROs in terms of sales results and, in turn, increase purchases for NAPA.
As we strive to expand our customer list, your focus will be to create complete plans for implementation and onboarding of these new members to the AUTOPRO banner services, programs, and training. You are also responsible for the complete standards set-up process to properly coordinate a complete re-brand of the AUTOPRO brand image with the new member both internally and externally, as per the AUTOPRO guide to membership standards.
You will coordinate and set annual business development group schedules with your members and serve as leaders in establishing meeting content and ensuring attendance at and the success of these program implementation and support groups. You will provide similar support with attendance of your membership at regional annual conventions. You will take on leadership roles with regional planning committees to ensure these events are well attended and provide impactful results, while participating actively in whatever means are required to pull off these events annually. You will also conduct AUTOPRO on site evaluations with each AUTOPRO member in your territory. This comprehensive process includes measuring adherence to membership minimum standards and overall program participation on a national standardized evaluating portal.
The successful candidate has five (5) years of business development and customer service experience. You must possess strong program implementation knowledge, ability to inspire vision, and to coordinate with other sales teams and to work autonomously towards sales/business development of a standardized and highly organized banner network. A College diploma, or a University degree in a related study is an asset.
