Our RMT-owned clinic in Uptown Toronto was designed with therapists in mind: spacious rooms, natural light in every treatment space, and a calm setting where you can build a practice you love.

We’re looking for someone warm, reliable, and skilled, who is interested in putting down roots rather than simply filling a few shifts. Someone who values thoughtful treatment plans, genuine client rapport, and being a solid part of a team.
The ideal fit is available on Sundays (hours flexible) and/or weekday afternoons and evenings, roughly 2:30/3:00pm–8:00/9:00 p.m. Both experienced therapists and new grads are welcome.
An interest in pre- and postnatal care would be a lovely fit alongside our pelvic health physiotherapist. We would also love to hear from someone who enjoys an active, rehabilitation-focused style of treatment incorporating massage and assisted stretching. With our go-to therapist in this area on sabbatical until summer 2027, there is an opportunity to support those clients and build a niche of your own.

Responsibilities:
- Bless clients with your awesome massage treatments
- Collaborate with our multidisciplinary team
- Support clients in reaching their wellness goals
- Maintain accurate client records
- Process client payments
Qualifications:
- CMTO registration in good standing
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Interest in holistic care and growth within our practice
- Additional training (Acupuncture, MLD, BLD, Fasical Stretch, Cupping, MFR, Hot Stones, etc.) a plus but not required
- 2+ years of RMT experience is ideal. New grads are welcome to apply with mentoring opportunities available.
