Experienced Flat Roofer / Potential Crew Lead
A & K Construction is looking for an experienced flat roofer to join our growing commercial roofing team. This position offers an opportunity to grow into a crew lead or supervisory role for the right candidate.
We primarily focus on commercial flat roofing systems including:
- Torch-on roofing
- EPDM roofing systems
- Repairs and maintenance
- Flashing/detail work
- Commercial reroofing projects
We’re looking for someone with strong hands-on roofing experience who is also comfortable taking initiative on site and has the potential to grow into a leadership/supervisory role.
The right candidate:
- Has solid flat roofing experience
- Works safely and efficiently
- Can lead by example on site
- Communicates well with crew members and management
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Is dependable and shows up consistently
- Has Working at Heights certification (or willing to renew)
- Has a valid driver’s licence and reliable transportation to and from job sites
Leadership, foreman, or crew lead experience is considered a strong asset, but not required for the right person with the right attitude and experience.
