JOB DESCRIPTION
Pivotal Staffing is seeking experienced Case Pickers with hands-on experience operating Center Rider Crown Walkie, Crown Reach, and Crown Dock Stocker equipment. Applicants must possess a valid forklift license and be capable of lifting up to 50 lbs on a regular basis. This position requires a combination of forklift operation and general warehouse duties.

RESPONSIBILITIES
- Safely operate Center Rider Walkies, pallet jacks, clamp trucks, and other warehouse equipment
- Complete accurate case picking using WMS systems and RF scanners
- Perform daily equipment inspections to ensure safe operation
- Assist with shipping and receiving by verifying inbound and outbound freight
- Support order picking and other general warehouse responsibilities as required
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment while following OSHA and company safety procedures
REQUIREMENTS
- Valid forklift license (mandatory)
- Previous experience operating Crown Walkies / Center Rider equipment
- Ability to repeatedly lift up to 50 lbs
- Strong experience in warehouse distribution and order picking
- Knowledge of OSHA safety standards and proper lifting techniques
- Experience using WMS systems, RF scanners, and shipping/receiving processes
- Mechanical aptitude with the ability to identify and resolve minor equipment issues
- Experience in industrial or construction environments is considered an asset
