Role Overview
We are seeking an innovative and entrepreneurial Digital Marketer / Growth Hacker to join our small, remote team of designers and engineers. In this role, you will be responsible for creating content, devising growth strategies, and getting our product in front of prospective users in unconventional ways.
What You'll Do
- Develop and execute creative growth strategies to increase product awareness and user acquisition
- Create engaging content across various platforms to attract and retain users
- Collaborate with the engineering team to brainstorm and implement cutting-edge growth hacking tactics, including building custom tools
- Identify and analyze key growth metrics, adjusting strategies as needed
- Stay up-to-date with the latest digital marketing trends and tools, selecting the best ones for each task
- Work independently while also actively contributing to team collaboration and ideation
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities and target audiences
- Optimize landing pages and user funnels to improve conversion rates
What We're Looking For
- Proven experience in digital marketing and growth hacking, preferably in a startup environment
- Strong understanding of user acquisition, conversion optimization, and retention strategies
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions
- Familiarity with a wide range of digital marketing tools and platforms
