Pallet repair
Location – Woodbridge, ON
We are hiring experienced Pallet repair professionals who are skilled workers, repair and refurbish pallets, which are used for transporting goods. They need to have knowledge of different types of pallets and repair techniques, as well as physical strength and attention to detail. They play an important role in ensuring that goods are transported safely and efficiently.
Responsibilities:
· Inspect and identify damaged pallets
· Use power tools and hand tools to repair pallets
· Replace broken or missing boards on pallets
· Sort pallets by type and size
· Ensure quality standards are met when repairing pallets
· Keep work area clean and organized
· Adhere to safety guidelines and regulations
· Report any issues or concerns to management
Requirements:
· Experience in operating power tools and machinery
· Ability to identify and repair damaged pallets
· Attention to detail and quality control
· Physical stamina and ability to lift heavy objects
· Familiarity with safety regulations and procedures
· Reliable and punctual work ethic
· Good communication skills and ability to work in a team
· Flexibility to work different shifts and overtime if required
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: From $20 per hour
Shift – Morning & Afternoon Mon-Fri; 6am to 3:30pm or 3:30pm to 12pm
Woodbridge , ON: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
