Overview
Smoke FX is seeking full-time sales associates to join our team at our Carling location. The ideal candidate will have a passion for customer service and a strong ability to engage with customers to drive sales. As a Sales Associate, you will play a key role in providing exceptional service, promoting products, and ensuring a positive shopping experience for all customers. This position requires excellent communication skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment.
Responsibilities
- Engage with customers to understand their needs and provide tailored product recommendations.
- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.
- Assist in inventory management by restocking shelves, organizing merchandise, and conducting stock checks.
- Collaborate with team members to achieve sales goals and maintain a positive work environment.
Requirements
- Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
- Familiarity with vaping products is preferred.
- Must be able to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends as needed
Pay: $17.60 per hour
