Prosperity Bar - Chinatown's newest Tropical Cocktail Bar is now open!
At Prosperity Bar, we work as a team. Everyone is cross trained, so it is easy to support each other. Our ideal candidate is confident on the floor and behind the bar, but we are happy to train as well.
Qualifications:
Previous experience in a high volume bar
General understanding of spirits and cocktails. Extensive knowledge an asset
Ability to maintain composure in a fast paced environment
Demonstrate good judgement and problem solving skills
Ability to work as part of a team
Experience with POS systems
Responsibilities:
Actively take orders and provide personal recommendations to guests in an professional but friendly manner
Possess thorough knowledge of food and drink menu
Manage reservations, waitlist, and walk-ins in a professional and courteous manner while maintaining table service.
Ability to anticipate guests needs and proactively work to fulfill them
Accurate preparation of Prosperity Bar's cocktails.
Successful completion of opening, closing, and side duties
