What You’ll Be Doing
You’ll work directly with homeowners throughout Edmonton and surrounding communities, introducing them to solar and determining whether their home may be a good fit.
Your responsibilities include:
● Meeting homeowners face-to-face
● Educating homeowners about solar energy
● Generating interest and booking consultations for our solar specialists
● Developing professional communication and sales skills
● Working alongside a competitive and motivated sales team
● Continuously improving through training, coaching, and field experience
Compensation
This is a full-time, commission-based sales position where your income is directly tied to your performance.
Commission Rate: $0.20 per watt
Average System Size: Approximately 7 kW (7,000 watts)
Commission on an Average Funded Deal: Approximately $1,400
There is no artificial ceiling on what you can earn.
