Position Title: Technical Sales Advisor
Reports to: Sales Manager
Starting date: December 1, 2024 or sooner
Position type: Full Time
Compensation: $70,000 - $90,000 per annum
Hours per week: 40 – may fluctuate seasonally
Service Area: Calgary and area
Job Description
Daily
- Contact Potential Customers to schedule a review of their inquiry
- Meet with Potential Customers (Homeowners, renovators, construction firms) to assess their concerns and provide advice and options
- Quote to Potential Customers based on site review
Weekly
- Review Potential Customer interactions and provide an update for management
- 2nd and 3rd contact with Potential Customers for Quotes provided
Monthly
- Provide feedback and suggest improvements to our systems and processes as you see fit
- Attend Meeting with management and colleagues as required
Ongoing
- Maintain productive relationship with all customers you interact with
- Always share ideas for how we can improve our offering
Desired Skills & Experience
- Familiarity with residential construction
- You must be physically able to access attics, crawl spaces and other difficult to access areas as needed
- Attention to detail & process
- Training specific to our product and service offerings will be provided
