Job Overview
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Installer to join our renovation team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing a variety of finishing materials, fixtures, and systems with precision and adherence to project specifications. This role offers the opportunity to work on diverse projects, from residential to commercial, utilizing a broad skill set in construction and finishing trades. The successful applicant will demonstrate proficiency in the use of hand and power tools, and have a strong understanding of construction processes.
Duties
- Install cabinetry, wall finishing materials, marble sheets, acoustic paneling etc.
- Use hand tools, power tools, and specialized equipment for precise installation tasks.
- Conduct caulking, sealing, and waterproofing to ensure quality finishes.
- Assist with electrical work, , or carpentry tasks as part of integrated project execution.
- Measure spaces accurately to ensure proper fit and alignment of installed items.
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols at all times.
- Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet project deadlines and quality standards.
Requirements
- Proficiency with hand tools, power tools, carpentry, electrical experience, plumbing, restoration, cabinet installation, painting, , caulking,
- Ability to read technical drawings and construction plans accurately.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent problem-solving skills.
- Physical stamina to perform manual labor in various weather conditions; ability to lift heavy materials safely is essential.
- Valid driver’s license preferred for site travel or equipment operation.
- A team-oriented attitude with good communication skills.
- Relevant certifications or licenses related to construction trades are a plus but not mandatory. This position offers an engaging environment where craftsmanship and precision are valued. Pay: $20.00-$25.00 per hour
