Lead, motivate, and coach the sales team to achieve and exceed monthly and annual targets.
Foster a positive and results-driven culture focused on customer satisfaction and retention.
Oversee all aspects of the sales process, ensuring compliance with dealership policies and industry regulations.
Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to identify opportunities for improvement.
Collaborate with senior management to develop and implement effective sales strategies, pricing, and promotional plans.
Support sales consultants with deal structuring, vehicle appraisals, and closing transactions.
Maintain in-depth knowledge of Ford and Lincoln vehicles, features, and current manufacturer programs.
Ensure accurate and timely completion of all sales documentation and reporting.
Promote a high level of professionalism and ethical conduct within the sales team.
Actively participate in training, and performance evaluations of sales staff.
Work closely with other departments, including Finance and Service, to ensure a seamless customer experience.
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in automotive sales management.
Proven track record of achieving or exceeding sales goals in a dealership environment.
Strong leadership and coaching skills with the ability to motivate and develop a sales team.
In-depth knowledge of Ford and Lincoln products and sales processes preferred.
Valid OMVIC certification is required.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and customer service skills.
Strong organizational and time management abilities.
Proficient in dealership software; experience with ERA-Ignite is an asset.
A valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
