Position Overview:
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Human Resources Business Partner (HRBP) to join our team and support our National Office and PCVRS Program. As an HRBP at Lifemark, you will play a critical role in partnering with Leaders and management teams to provide strategic HR guidance and support in alignment with business objectives. This role offers an exciting opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the employee experience and contribute to the success of our clinics.
Key Responsibilities:

Partner with Senior Leaders

Provide expert advice and guidance on HR policies, procedures, and best practices to ensure compliance and mitigate risks.

Collaborate with leadership to identify talent needs and develop recruitment strategies in partnership with Talent Acquisition team.

Support performance management initiatives, including coaching managers on effective feedback and performance improvement strategies.

Conduct investigations and resolve employee relations issues in a fair and timely manner, fostering a positive work environment.

Drive employee engagement initiatives, including recognition programs, wellness initiatives, and diversity and inclusion efforts.

Analyze HR metrics and trends to identify areas for improvement and develop proactive solutions.
Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field.

HR certification (e.g., CHRP, CHRL) preferred.

Minimum of 5 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 2 years in a business partner or advisory role.

Demonstrated knowledge of employment law, HR policies, and regulatory requirements in Canada.

Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build trusted relationships with stakeholders at all levels.

Proven ability to manage complex employee relations issues with professionalism, empathy, and discretion.

Experience in healthcare or a related industry is an asset.

Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment and prioritize competing demands effectively.

Proficiency in ADP systems and MS Office Suite is an asset.
