Studio & Outdoor Photographer (Newborn, Maternity & Family)
Location: Etobicoke, ON (Islington & Hwy 401)
Type: Part-Time / Weekend Position
Compensation: $20/hr Base Pay + Commissions & Tips
Hello! We are seeking a high-energy, detail-oriented Photographer to join our team immediately. This is a high-volume studio that requires a professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and can transition seamlessly between creative shooting and high-value client interaction.
Schedule:
Friday: 12 hours
Saturday: 12 hours
Sunday: 12 hours
What You’ll Be Photographing:
Studio Sessions: Newborns (0–12 months), Maternity, Cake Smashes, and Family Portraits.
Outdoor Sessions: During spring and summer months, you must be comfortable and capable of shooting outdoor family and maternity sessions on location in Etobicoke
What We Are Looking For:
Fast-Paced Efficiency: You must be able to manage a busy shoot schedule while keeping babies happy and parents relaxed.
In-Person Sales (IPS): You must be comfortable with the sales process, helping families upgrade their packages. Training is provided, but a natural people person is a must.
Versatility: Ability to shoot both in a controlled studio environment and in varying outdoor lighting conditions.
Technical Basics: Functional knowledge of DSLR/Mirrorless cameras and manual settings.
Training: Full training on newborn safety, posing, and our specific studio/sales workflow.
Gear: All professional camera equipment and studio lighting provided.
