Job Summary

We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Personal Assistant / Delivery Assistant to support daily operations and provide exceptional administrative and delivery services. This role involves managing schedules, handling correspondence, performing clerical tasks, and assisting with deliveries to ensure smooth workflow and customer satisfaction. The ideal candidate will possess strong organizational skills, excellent communication abilities, and proficiency with various office software tools.
Responsibilities
- Manage and coordinate appointments using Microsoft Outlook Calendar and Google Workspace.
- Handle phone inquiries with professional phone etiquette, directing calls efficiently on multi-line phone systems.
- Perform data entry, filing, and proofreading to maintain accurate records and documentation.
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks using QuickBooks and maintain financial records accurately.
- Provide front desk support, greet visitors, and manage office supplies.
- Support administrative functions including document preparation with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and DocuSign for electronic signatures.
- Assist with delivery logistics, including picking up and dropping off items as needed.
- Organize schedules for deliveries and appointments to optimize efficiency.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace to promote productivity.
Requirements
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel), Microsoft Outlook Calendar, Google Workspace, and familiarity with multi-line phone systems.
- Excellent customer service skills combined with professional phone etiquette.
- Ability to type accurately and efficiently for data entry tasks.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining attention to detail.
Pay: $3,000.00-$3,500.00 per month
