Join Our Team as a Night Auditor!
We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Night Auditor to join our vibrant team. This vital role ensures the smooth operation of overnight front desk activities, maintains accurate financial records, and provides exceptional guest services during nighttime hours. The ideal candidate will be energetic, highly organized, and passionate about hospitality, ready to deliver a seamless experience for our guests while upholding the highest standards of professionalism.
Responsibilities:
- Greet and assist guests arriving or departing during overnight hours with friendly, professional service
- Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions, including cash, credit card, and other payments
- Prepare detailed night audit reports to ensure accuracy of daily revenue and operational data
- Handle guest inquiries via multi-line phone systems with excellent phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Address guest concerns promptly and efficiently, escalating issues as needed to ensure satisfaction
- Maintain front desk area cleanliness, organization, and adherence to hotel policies
Job Skills:
- Understand and use math concepts in order to design a financial or economic system.
- Work math problems quickly and accurately.
- Understand and use computers and related equipment.
- Speak and write clearly to report financial information.
Job Qualifications/Experience:
- HS Diploma or equivalent.
- Previous Front Desk/Night Audit, or Customer Service experience.
