Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Infant and Toddler Early Childhood Teacher to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess strong communication skills, a love for teaching, and the ability to engage with children in a meaningful way.
Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans that cater to the diverse needs of children.
- Create a safe and welcoming classroom environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Foster positive relationships with children, parents, and colleagues through effective communication.
- Monitor and assess children's progress, providing feedback to parents regarding their development.
- Maintain organized classroom records and documentation of children's activities and progress.
- Participate in ongoing professional development opportunities to enhance teaching practices.
Experience
- ITE/Early Childhood Education certificate is required.
- Previous experience working with children in a childcare or educational setting is essential.
- Strong leadership abilities to guide children effectively in their learning journey.
- Excellent organizational skills to manage classroom activities efficiently.
- Proficiency in English
- Demonstrated time management skills to balance multiple tasks effectively.
- Experience in writing lesson plans and educational materials is beneficial.
