Build and Lead Your Own Oral Hygiene Practice within an Established Dental Network
Orange Dental Inc. is seeking an ambitious, entrepreneurial, and patient-focused Registered Dental Hygienist (RDH) or Licensed Dentist to lead and grow our dedicated oral hygiene clinic in North York.
This is not a typical hygiene position.
We are offering a unique opportunity for the right professional to take a leadership role in operating and growing a modern oral hygiene-focused clinic with the support of an established dental organization. Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality preventive oral healthcare services
- Perform dental hygiene assessments, scaling, root planing, polishing, fluoride treatments, and patient education (for RDHs)
- Provide dental services within scope of practice (for Dentists)
- Develop and maintain strong patient relationships
- Support patient retention and practice growth initiatives
- Maintain accurate clinical records and regulatory compliance
- Help establish a patient-centered culture focused on excellence and professionalism
- Participate in business development and community outreach initiatives as desired
Qualifications
Registered Dental Hygienist Applicants
- Current registration in good standing with the College of Dental Hygienists of Ontario (CDHO)
- Professional liability insurance
- Strong communication and patient-care skills
Dentist Applicants
- Current registration in good standing with the Royal College of Dental Surgeons of Ontario (RCDSO)
- Professional liability coverage
- Commitment to ethical and patient-centered care
Compensation & Business Models
Orange Dental is open to discussing various engagement structures, including:
