We are seeking a dedicated Production Worker to join our manufacturing team in a fast-paced food processing environment. About Us:
WOW! Factor Desserts is a dynamic, forward-thinking food innovation company specializing in Cake, Cheesecake, Specialty and Seasonal baked desserts. This position would work in a manufacturing facility helping prepare large-scale bakes and provide support to our production team.
Key Responsibilities
· Adhere to recipe component sheets for different products.
· Coordinate daily meetings with Production Manager as necessary.
· Depanning, racking, boxing, moving racks/trays, other production line related tasks.
· Prep work in baking department, depanning layers, spinning graham, greasing pans, pressing pastry, individual cup setup, other baking prep operations as needed.
· Ensure and document daily quality checks.
· Minor sanitation tasks.
· Must be able to lift 30lb.
· Other tasks may be required for operational effectiveness without compromising health and safety.
· Hiring preference will go to those with food preparation experience.
Education & Experience
· Previous experience in baking or food service preferred.
· Experience in a high-volume manufacturing setting is an asset.t safety guidelines
Shifts available:
5:30am-2:00pm
2:00pm-10:30pm
