Who We’re Looking For:
- A results-driven SEO professional with strong skills in technical, on-page, off-page, and local SEO, who can drive organic traffic, improve rankings, and deliver measurable results. Experience with GA4, Google Search Console, Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, WordPress/CMS, and Looker Studio is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute SEO strategies to increase organic traffic, rankings, leads, and conversions.
- Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis, search-intent analysis, and content gap research.
- Optimize on-page elements including titles, meta descriptions, headings, URLs, internal linking, and content.
- Perform technical SEO audits covering crawling, indexing, site speed, mobile optimization, broken links, duplicate content, and site structure.
- Develop SEO-focused content strategies and work with writers/developers to implement recommendations.
- Manage link-building, off-page SEO, local SEO, and Google Business Profile optimization.
- Monitor SEO performance, rankings, traffic, and conversions and provide data-driven recommendations and reports.
- Stay current with Google algorithm updates, SEO trends, AI Search, and GEO.
- Continuously test and optimize campaigns to improve organic growth.
Requirements & Certifications:
- 2+ years of hands-on SEO experience preferred, with proven results.
- Strong knowledge of On-Page, Off-Page, Technical, Local, and E-commerce SEO.
- Experience with Google Analytics (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Business Profile.
- Proficiency with Ahrefs, SEMrush, Moz, Screaming Frog, or similar SEO tools.
- Experience with WordPress/CMS, HTML, CSS, Schema Markup, Structured Data, and website optimization.
- Knowledge of Looker Studio and SEO reporting/dashboard tools.
- Strong analytical, communication, research, and problem-solving skills.
- Experience with AI Search / Generative Engine Optimization (GEO) is an asset.
- Ability to work independently, manage multiple projects, and deliver measurable SEO results.
