EMDR Therapist

Fern Creek Psychotherapy is looking for an EMDR Therapist who wants to do great clinical work—and genuinely wants to be part of a team at any one of our three locations.
We’re a growing psychotherapy practice, and we’re looking for a therapist who is motivated, self-directed, dependable, and ready to build a meaningful caseload. - Is self-directed, responsible, and able to manage their own caseload without needing to be micromanaged
- Is motivated to work and interested in building a consistent caseload
- Takes initiative and follows through on commitments
- Communicates proactively with the clinical and administrative team
- Values being part of a collaborative practice and values what Fern Creek has to offer

The Kind of Therapist Who Thrives at Fern Creek
We want to be upfront about the kind of person who will be happiest here.
We’re looking for therapists who actually want to make psychotherapy the focus of their work, time and energy. We have built Fern Creek to make it easy for therapists to focus on providing therapy and make their clients their main focus, rather than spending their time trying to generate referrals, manage administrative systems, create billing standards and practices, chase payments, set up an office, pay for marketing, and figure out everything required to build a practice on their own.
In return, we value therapists who show up, take initiative, communicate, manage their responsibilities, and make the most of the opportunities provided to them.
You don't need someone constantly checking in to make sure you've completed your paperwork, responded to a message, or followed through with a client. You're someone who sees what needs to be done and does it.
We’re looking for people who genuinely want to belong to a team, support their colleagues, contribute ideas, and take pride in being part of Fern Creek.
What We Offer
At Fern Creek, you get the infrastructure of an established group practice without having to build a private practice entirely on your own.
We provide:
- A source of client referrals
- Administrative support so you can focus on clinical work
- Online booking and practice-management systems
- A professional, established clinic environment
- Opportunities to build a specialty caseload
- Collaboration with a team of therapists with diverse clinical expertise
- Peer consultation and mentorship
- Clinical consultation and opportunities for professional development
- Flexible scheduling
- In-person office set up and ready for your use
- Opportunities to participate in and develop specialized programs within the practice
- A supportive team culture where therapists are known, valued, and connected
This Role Is a Great Fit If...
You’re an experienced therapist who thinks:
“Give me the tools, the referrals, and the support, and I’ll take it from there.”
You want to work with clients. You want to build a caseload. You appreciate having the administrative infrastructure and support of a group practice. You take ownership of your work and don't need to be managed day-to-day.
Most importantly, you want to be part of Fern Creek—not just rent space or use the practice as a referral source.
If This Sounds Like You...
We'd love to hear from you.
Please submit your resume and a brief cover letter telling us about your EMDR training and experience, the population you most enjoy working with, and why Fern Creek Psychotherapy appeals to you.
We’re interested in finding the right person for our team, so tell us what makes you a good fit.
