Product Analyst (Co-Op), Digital Health, ON

As a Product Analyst, you are a creative problem-solver with a passion for delivering outstanding customer-facing applications. You will work closely with our Digital Health team to collect business requirements, define solutions, and facilitate communication; thus, playing a key role in delivering Loblaw’s digital front door to healthcare – PC Health.

The product Analyst will demonstrate strong intuition for business and be technically savvy. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams across the enterprise, internal business units, and external partners to define the value of minimum viable products and lead the definition of user stories.

What You'll Do
Work with Product Manager and business partners in Health & Wellness and Pharmacy to understand, elicit, analyze, document, and communicate program objectives as a suite of stories and/or specifications
Create user stories and acceptance criteria, support delivery estimation, provide a technical perspective and input into the design, which includes authoring/validating technical artifacts
Facilitate solution exploration and produce solution documentation for the supported business unit(s) and partners
Become familiar with the system landscape, business processes, design, and be able to articulate the risks/impacts of new product features/improvements to multiple stakeholders at varying levels
Become a point of contact for business / functional knowledge and ensure product team members have the vital information to complete their activities
Host crucial ceremonies such as user story mapping, stand-ups, retrospectives, etc. to align the team on product vision

What You Bring
Open mindset to problem solving and being authentic and curious
A keen interest in learning about Healthcare Technology in our pharmacies and Health & Wellness businesses
Experience with Digital application and Mobile app development with familiarity in scrum delivery framework and knowledge of scrum ceremonies
Ability to handle ambiguity, uncertainty and changing priorities
Expertise in eliciting requirements, from identifying the customer problem to documenting requirements
