We are seeking experienced and reliable Roofers to join our construction team. This role involves installing, repairing, and maintaining roofing systems on residential and commercial properties. Duties
- Install new roofing systems using various hand tools and equipment
- Repair and replace damaged or worn roofing materials

- Perform heavy lifting of materials such as shingles, plywood, and other roofing components
- Apply caulking and sealants to ensure waterproofing and energy efficiency
- Utilize carpentry skills for framing, sheathing, and other structural tasks
- Maintain a clean work environment and adhere to safety protocols at all times
- Assist in the setup and teardown of scaffolding, ladders, and other equipment
- Conduct inspections to identify issues and recommend appropriate solutions
Requirements
- Proven experience in roofing, construction, or handyman work is preferred
- Proficiency with hand tools, caulking guns, and other basic construction equipment
- Ability to read blueprints and technical diagrams accurately
- Strong carpentry skills including framing and structural work
- Ability to perform heavy lifting safely (up to 50 pounds or more)
- Knowledge of safety standards related to roofing and construction sites
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
- Reliable transportation to job sites; valid driver’s license is a plus
- Prior experience with blueprint reading or carpentry is advantageous
