Job Overview
We are seeking a compassionate and knowledgeable Naturopathic Doctor to join our holistic healthcare team. The ideal candidate will provide personalized natural medicine treatments, promote overall wellness, and support patients in achieving optimal health. This role requires a dedicated professional with a strong understanding of integrative medicine principles and excellent patient care skills. The Naturopathic Doctor will work closely with patients to develop tailored treatment plans that incorporate natural therapies, lifestyle counseling, and preventive care. The naturopathic doctor may coshare patients with the nurse practitione.
Duties
- Conduct comprehensive patient assessments, including medical history and lifestyle factors
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans utilizing natural therapies, herbal medicine, nutrition, and other modalities
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as necessary to ensure optimal outcomes
- Educate patients on health maintenance, disease prevention, and lifestyle modifications
- Collaborate with other healthcare providers to coordinate care when needed
- Maintain accurate and detailed medical records in compliance with regulatory standards
- Stay current with advancements in naturopathic medicine through ongoing education and professional development
- Ensure a welcoming, supportive environment that fosters patient trust and engagement
Skills
- Strong knowledge of naturopathic medicine principles and practices
- Experience in pediatrics is highly desirable, with the ability to address health concerns across all age groups
- Excellent patient care skills with a compassionate and empathetic approach
- Proficiency in medical terminology to accurately document and communicate treatment plans
- Effective communication skills for educating patients about their health options and lifestyle changes
- Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary healthcare team
- Commitment to ongoing professional development and adherence to regulatory standards

Pay: $60.00-$100.00 per hour
