Our specialty practice in Vernon requires an office assistant effect of immediately. Responsibilities will include booking patients, billing submission, assisting with managing human resources, office management and front office administrative duties.
The ideal candidate must demonstrate: Exceptional interpersonal skills, the ability to multitask, is adaptable, and has excellent conflict resolution abilities with prior experience in health care.
Essential technical skills include: Accuro EMR competency, excellent computer and typing skills, excellent written communication, proficient in billing (MSP, WorksafeBC, other private insurers).
Post-secondary education and experience with medical administration is preferred.
