We’re hiring a friendly, reliable, and organized team member to join Tractor Broadway! If you have café or restaurant experience, enjoy providing great customer service, and take pride in a clean workspace, we’d love to hear from you.
Pay and benefits
- Starting wage of $18.50–$20.00 per hour, depending on experience and performance.
- Tips shared equally among team members.

Schedule
Must be available for shifts starting at 6:30 a.m.
Your responsibilities
- Welcome customers and provide friendly, efficient service.
- Take orders accurately and assist with menu questions.
- Prepare ingredients and assemble meals following Tractor’s recipes and standards.
- Complete morning opening duties and prepare the store for service.
- Keep the kitchen, service counter, and dining area clean and organized.
- Follow food safety procedures, including proper storage, labelling, and stock rotation.
- Restock supplies and support your teammates during busy periods.
What we’re looking for
- Previous experience working in a café or restaurant is required.
- Great customer service and communication skills.
- Clean, organized work habits and attention to detail.
- Reliable attendance and punctuality for early morning shifts.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help your team.
- FOODSAFE certification is an asset but is not required.
