This contract opportunity is ideal for someone who enjoys high-volume work, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and is energized by communicating with hundreds of people every day.
As a Talent Screening Specialist, you'll manage a large pipeline of candidates, conduct back-to-back phone screenings, send and respond to candidate communications, and make quick qualification decisions based on clearly defined hiring criteria.
Success in this role comes from consistency, responsiveness, and activity. If you enjoy staying busy, working through large volumes of work, and helping people find employment, you'll likely be a great fit.
What You'll Do
- Own a list of 20+ jobs and manage large candidate pipelines

Review and manage 100+ applications each day

Contact 100+ candidates daily through text, phone, and email

Conduct 15+ phone screenings daily using structured qualification criteria

Move qualified candidates efficiently through the hiring process

Maintain a high level of responsiveness while managing multiple active job openings simultaneously

Consistently meet activity, response time, and hiring goals
Must-Haves
- Diploma, undergraduate degree, or equivalent combination of education and experience

What you will Bring
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly over phone, text, and email.

Comfortable spending most of the workday communicating with candidates through phone calls, text messages, and email.

Strong computer literacy & comfortable learning new software and working across multiple systems simultaneously

Able to manage a large volume of candidate interactions, follow-ups, and administrative tasks without losing attention to detail.

Able to work independently in a remote environment
Nice-to-Haves
- Experience in retail, hospitality, warehousing, logistics, customer service, or other high-volume industries

Recruiting, staffing, interviewing, or hiring experience

Experience working with performance metrics, KPIs, or activity targets

Bilingual English/French
What We Offer
